Little Talbot Island, Florida
Monday, July 18, 2011.Little Talbot Island State Park is near Jacksonville, Florida. We found ourselves in another world completely. Spanish moss and palm trees, hoards of fierce tiny crabs, an estuary that seemed to change every few minutes and gorgeous white sand beaches on a soothing Atlantic.
We hiked and swam and finished the day sitting in the water on the beach and laughing as the waves tried to unseat us. One of us has a rolley bottom and fell over more often.
